Always put your jewelry on as the finishing touch. Pearls are especially vulnerable to cosmetics, hairspray, and perfume. Over time pearls will become damaged from overexposure to these chemicals.
After removing your jewelry, wipe the piece with a soft cloth to remove dirt and other residues.
Do not use sonic cleaners, boiling water, or commercial jewelry cleaners to clean your Coleena Bobeena Jewelry.
As many gemstones are porous and will absorb water and chemicals, it is often best to polish only with a soft, dry cloth. Chemicals, including soap may cause discoloration in some gemstones. When needed, you may gently wipe the gemstone with a moist cloth.
Storing your jewelry in individual sealed plastic bags when not worn is also recommended to help slow the natural oxidation process.
Limited Warranty: Coleena Bobeena warrants product to be free from defects in workmanship or material for a period of six months from date of purchase. During the warranty period, such defects will be repaired or the defective product will be replaced, at our option, without charge. This warranty applies only to the person who first bought the product. This warranty does not cover product which has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or accident. All implied warranties are hereby limited in duration to a period ending six months from date of purchase. As some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.
